Product Description
Slewing bearing is a rotational rolling-element bearing or plain bearing that typically supports a heavy but slow-turning or slow-oscillating load, often a horizontal platform such as a conventional crane, a swing yarder, or the wind-facing platform of a horizontal-axis windmill. Compared to other rolling-element bearings, slewing ring bearings are thin in section and are often made in diameters of a meter or more. Slewing bearings are often made with gear teeth integral with the inner or outer race, used to drive the platform relative to the base. The temperature range for normal operation of slewing ring between -25 degrees Celsius to +70 degrees Celsius.Slewing rings for use at lower or higher temperatures can likewise be manufactured whereby a special construction by our manufacturing department is required.

1.Lubricating nipple M10*1,n1 is the number of lubricating holes,evenly distributed.
2.Mounting hole can replaced with screw hole,tooth width b may be taken as H-h.
3.Gear force of periphery given in the table is its maximum value,nominal force of periphery is taken 1/2 of the given value.
4.The space-shift coefficient given in the table is the data of outer tooth,while that of inner tooth is +0.35.
